Prior to literally stumbling across NFY Interactive, Inc. this past Mother's Day 2023 while sitting at Danny's (not Denny's) restaurant in Ventura, CA, I had become “victim” to a few web developer companies promising to “get the job done.” However, one of the many big issues that set them apart from NFY Interactive was that no one was really willing, or rather interested in hearing me explain the details of what I was looking to get done. Hence, I spent many days writing detailed follow up emails with all kinds of images to help explain what I needed. I’d be promised things would be done in 24-48 hours, but during this time phone communication would be nearly zero, and nothing much was being done. This would result in more detailed emails, slow to no phone calls, and then finally me getting frustrated and moving on to the next company and starting the cycle all over again.

All of this could have been eliminated if ONLY someone like Chris at NFY Interactive took the time to LISTEN and not assume She/he knew what I needed. Chris was very professional. Heck, he is a professional. He offered insight on other things for me to consider regarding my website. He was honest. And he explained an important concept to me called “technical debt”. Be sure to ask him about this. As a single woman solopreneur, I need all the help I can get.

Well, within one 45 minute follow up phone call the day after Mother’s Day, Chris understood exactly what was going on with my website. He asked for about 2 hours that day and when he got back my site was up and running receiving credit card payments. Though my site had been built, it just wasn't working as it should have.

What Chris did in 2 hours is AMAZING to me because I spent a month going through three other companies and only received “talk”. I don’t fault them at all. I just think that in their zeal, they bit off more than they could chew. This was the best Mother’s Day gift….besides the bread pudding dessert I had. Thank you Chris. I look forward to working with you in the near future!

Chris helped us create a custom wordpress website for our real estate company that is aesthetically pleasing but more importantly it grows with the needs of our business and paid for itself after a few months.

We get leads who find us from google because our SEO is great on the website he built us compared to the generic real estate websites that we used for so many years. I honestly don't know how it works or the science behind it.. I just know that it does work and now we consistently get organic inquires from our website of people who need to buy or sell.

Additionally, he added an IDX feature that allows our clients to search for properties from our website.
