My OB recommended using Nimble during postpartum and WOW has it been so convenient. I love that I get updates on my prescriptions so easily and in real time, the shipping has been extremely quick and I’m able to track the delivery. I appreciate the security and user friendly interface of the app, as well the additional health articles. With just a click I can request my refills and chat with a pharmacist. Overall I highly recommend using Nimble RX, if you’re looking to avoid interactions with drive through or pick up pharmacies this is it!

Zero, terrible. Nimble claimed that rX was delivered, today. It was not. No photo of proof. No contact number. No person to contact. Need medication, expensive and fragile. By email, nimble stated they would respond to complaint of delivery not received-in 48 hours. This is an electronic fraud. They took full payment, demanded before delivery! It was arranged by Arlington TX pharmacy compounding med pharmacy, and ordered by MD specialist. All contacts are done from nimble by text and electronics. No real people.
There is not a real person to call for help! Fraud! Theft?

I was in need of eye drops for my glaucoma! Tried CVS and Walgreens and it was going to cost me an arm and a leg. I contacted AtoZ/NimbleRx. What a great experience! I’m getting my meds cheaper and on time. So convenientz and the staff is very helpful.

Nimble RX app and service has been the most excellent customer service and medication ordering process I have experienced ever! I appreciate how simple it is to use and that they are actually quite disability friendly and accessible for written communication/messaging/email when I have had questions (unlike others who refused to accommodate my needs). This pharmacy services just one prescription for me and it was recommended to me by my provider. I like that each time I call, I can easily speak to a real person, they help find coupons/discounts for my script, and they follow up/call back when they say they will. I had an issue with a prescription and they willingly and quickly reached out to my prescriber to attempt to get information to resolve the issue. Shipping is also faster than I expect each time.

MD ordered medicine and nimblerx asked if a 15 day delivery delay was ok. I said yes but then decided that was ridiculous. Trying to call PharmSouth who uses them for delivery and on hold now for 30 minutes
