Nina is truly a grade-A realtor. As first-time homebuyers, we needed a lot of help understanding the process. Nina and her assistant Nikki were super helpful, and patiently explained every step of the process as many times as we needed! She also thinks long-term - she’s not just concerned about getting you into a house now, she’s thinking about how to get you out of that same house in 5-10 years. This means she won’t rush you into a subpar property for the sake of getting a quick commission. Nina understands that the offer that wins in a multi-bid situation isn’t always the highest offer, but often goes to the party that’s smoothest to work with. As a result, she’s extremely conscientious and always has her paperwork in order, but is still willing to think creatively to help her clients beat out the competition. Finally, Nina has a network of equally competent people around her to take care of financing, inspections, turning on utilities, and renovations after closing. Two months post close, I’ve used that network to great effect. And when it’s time to sell, Nina will be my first call.
