Clean quiet park with good roads. Reasonable lot rent. Park managers really care but won't tolerate lewd behavior or mind games. Just a good community over all. Some newer homes. Some older. Some fixer uppers. Generous lots.

Community Managers do what they can. However when the community is constantly being sold to new owners it seems like a money pit. Lot rent isn't justified fit this community with zero amenities no play ground, no insentitives whatsoever.
Seems most of the decent people moved out..

Most expensive lot rent in Muskegon with zero amenities. You pay water, sewer, and garbage to the park, in addition to $400 lot rent. Once you're in, you're stuck. Nobody wants to move here, let alone buy unmovable trailers.

Why is a single trailer in this Mobile home listed as the official mailing address on the New Leases of that of Hidden Oaks Mobile Home in Fruitport Michigan.

Very suspicious. Does MIFR own this park as well?
