I would like to leave them a -1, but that’s not an option. I’ve had an absolutely horrible experience with these people. Lack of communication and when it was communication it was your drawings will be done next week and then the week after that, it was still, will still be done next week. we listened to “it’ll be done next week” for seven weeks. In total it took them nine weeks to not complete our drawings for a change of use on our business.
After the fact, every person that we told where we were getting our structural drawings from, rolled their eyes . Well, obviously they did it for reason, because these people are totally unprofessional and a waste of time and a waste of money

Without Holly Mulherin the Engineer from Nordlund & Associates, Inc. our project wouldn't have passed inspection. Her ability to inspect and apply scientific principles, technology, math, and analyze the structural beam to solve our structural foundation support issues showed devotion to her innovative engineering skills and her forte. Holly Mulherin professionally executed each aspect of the entire project with the utmost attention to every detail providing stability and complete engineering assurance.
