From the beginning I didn’t understand how their billing worked. Received invoice and was charged for 2 hours but they were here for 1 hour. Also, charged because they had an apprentice working $150. That’s their responsibility not mine. Job could have been done by one person. Never again!

Called to order parts for a generac generator. Person who answered the phone did not know if they sell parts or just install them. Who is answering the phone that does not know what the business they work at does? Zero stars. Tried to keep money in my town, I guess amazon wins again.

I used NPC Self storage south of mancelona off of 131. They are very accommodating and very professional. Any questions I had they answered in a timely manner. When I lost the keys to my unit during winter they sprung into action and got the old lock off free of charge and offered a replacement lock at an affordable rate. The unit was affordable compared to their competitors around in the area.

I had a new furnace installed and it was discovered the wiring to the old furnace was not compatable with the new furnace (it was an ancient floor furnace) and then we encountered a severe problem with the existing wiring and gas line. I called and spoke with Dana and Scott and they had a crew here within an hour. The guys were extremely professional and had the new wiring run, breakers changed out and my furnace up and running within an hour. What a great company!! 5 ⭐'s all the way!!

Northern Power is a Generac dealer. I was very pleased with the quote and John's knowledge. I was all set to go but THE OWNER chooses not to recognize and accept a Synchronicity Generac credit card. I requested my deposit back and will contact another dealer. This has wasted THREE WEEKS of my time. You decide whether you want to use Northern Power.....
