My son lost my keys and with it my only set of car keys. The dealership wanted so much money for a replacement key, but referred me to Northwest Lock & Safe. When I called Kevin answered, he told me exactly what to do and who to speak with to get a key code for them to cut me a key. He explained what documents they’ll need from me so I didn’t show up to the dealer unprepared. Kevin was very knowledgeable and friendly. I’m never going anywhere else because the service was unmatched! I feel like this type of service is unheard of anymore. I wish everyone in customer service was as great as Kevin.

Great experience, this guy helped me solve my problem and he was patient with me in trouble shooting mode. I will use his service anytime I need a key of any kind. He helped me with one through the dealership, which saved me a drive... He didn't take advantage price wise, everything felt fair, and reasonable. Thanks!!

My key broke off inside my employer's door handle. I brought Northwest the handle as well as a spare key and they not only got the key out but also improved how the handle functioned and provided several better quality keys than the spare I brought in. They did all of this for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend! We should all do more to support quality local businesses like Northwest.

I came here because of the good reviews. We moved here from Illinois and my truck key quit working. Zack helped me get my new key . Thank you Zack. Keep up the good work .

To me honestly if you can't program all the buttons to work on a key fob .. just let the customer know that .. But to throw it out there like I'm not sure if this is going to work ... Well then I might as well wnt to the Honda dealer ... They guaranteed the key fob would program and all buttons would function... insted i spent almost $200 and my trunk will not open

Northwest Lock does great work. They helped me with a full home rekey and to see the contents of 2 safes I inherited. They are responsive, honest, skilled, and professional. I would use them again. Thanks to Steve and Zach for everything.
