We have been using nutshell for 4 years and it has def been problematic. Over the past 8 months it’s has gone from tolerable to awful. There is no longer a way to contact a help desk on the phone and it’s all just AI based now. So def will be looking to leave by the end of the year for a better, less problematic CRM.

We have been using Nutshell for years and had a good experience until the last update to iOS. Nutshells app has been unstable since iOS launched and simple task like commenting on an Activity currently do not work. This is a vital function to accurately document calls. Nutshell is unwilling to give us a credit even though their software is not functioning correct. As long as their software works, they offer good customer service. However, when there is a problem, they apparently don't stand behind it.
