Dr. Wu has been very helpful and attentive for the multitude of different health issues both big and small that come up on a week to week basis. Texting him is much easier than using our insurance’s telehealth service where I am routed and re-routed through random doctors and put on hold for hours. Because Dr. Wu knows our specific situation, he can give much more precise detailed answers and much quicker than our general insurance can.

I haven’t had to use their same day house visit service yet but even just knowing that I’ll get the same doctor as the one Ive been texting all along and that it’s possible is totally worth my peace of mind!!
