I was desperate to find someone to help me with some issues I was experiencing on my computer while creating reports for my small contracting business. My wife was tired of hearing my frustration and complaints so she decided to make a call to Obsidian IT, and thank goodness she did. They were VERY quick to respond and TODD spent over an hour on the phone with me and was able to fix all my issues with ease, was extremely friendly, personable, and helpful. We have had a great experience with Obsidian IT. We reached out to them about 3 years ago when our servers had been "hacked".
