Omescape VR

Went here on a Saturday evening. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the VR experience was brilliant - best I've had! Only real gripe is the cost, which is pretty high, but to be fair it is in line with other experiences of this type so I guess I can't really complain. It would be great if they had discounts and offers or perhaps more variable pricing to allow for off-peak bookings. The other suggestion I'd have is to offer users the ability to play another mission. We had a time slot of 40 minutes and finished our mission in 18 minutes. We were given a sandbox game to play for the rest of our time, but it would have been nice to do another mission (or even just re-play the mission we did) as the sandbox, while still fun, was less fun than the mission. Obviously we'd understand that we might not finish the mission if our time runs out. But yes, overall, really good and would definitely recommend!

Brilliant experience as first timers... Our game tech was absolutely amazing, he made sure we were well looked after and explained everything perfectly. He even helped guide us, if needed throughout the game. The experience itself is awesome, the graphics and clarity were really good and the kit makes the experience so realistic. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend it!

Yesterday my family and I ( 5 people ) went to for a 40 min session. 5 things I loved about them: 1. Customer service was to notch, I felt very welcomed and the member of staff was very patient when we asked him questions. He even set up my phone on a stand because I wanted to record myself. Whenever me and my teammate would be confused on what next steps to take in game he would assist us. Very amazing 2. The atmosphere is a very calm quiet atmosphere which kind of puts you in a nice space before you start all that adrenaline rush. 3.The game itself ( Zombie ) was amazing and the graphics looked very good and didn’t experience any lag throughout the whole session. 4. The vests provided really up the experience you have during the session as you physically feel the zombies attack you which adds to adrenaline rush and also the Gun was very good as you feel vibration when shooting and makes you feel as if you are actually there. 5. Once again the staff member was amazing, I still can’t express my amazing experience the staff member provided. Thank you for the experience

The VR experience itself was good but one member of staff really brought the evening down. Throughout our time there, he would make arrogant and sarcastic remarks towards us and at one point about another group of players. The worst of it was his patronising and demeaning attitude towards one of his staff members who simply needed assistance with something as well as us when we needed help in the game. We certainly won’t be returning.

It was an amazing experience. We were running late, and still got to have a decent time with the allocated time. We completed our mission, everything was explained properly and our gamemaster was so kind. I would definitely go again. Ps. we also got some great photos. :)

A brilliant VR experience had so much fun. It was our first time and it was all explained very well so we knew what to expect. It was beyond expectations and can't wait to go again!!

Fantastic experience. The best VR we have ever done. Went as wit our children ages 14 and 15 and we all had a great time. Would highly recommend!
