On Top of I.T. was one of our best decision in 2023! We use them for everyday IT support - they are quick to respond and are very easy to work with. We also hired them to get our growing company into "IT shape". They have upgraded the security of our systems, organized our SharePoint site and employee permissions, and helped develop our IT policies. Shout out to Ryan and DJ for their awesome support!

Best I.T. company hands down. You will not be disappointed if you go with On Top of I.T. We switched to them about a year ago and boy is the difference in service night and day. True to their name, they are always on top of all your issues that may arise. We've had hard drive fail on the weekends in our server and Alex called me right away and worked the weekend to bring us back up online. I've always gotten a response within 5 min of putting in a support ticket and they always answer their phones. They make you feel like you are very important to them and they are eager and willing to help. We're very glad we switched to them! I've spoken to or worked with everyone there, all great, super friendly and just overall awesome people! If you are in need of I.T. support, you need them in your life, they make everything easier! I wouldn't go with anyone else now that I know what superb I.T. service feels like!

We contacted On Top of I.T. for some computer assistance while we installed some new computers in our office. They were excellent in helping us get everything transferred from the old computers to the new ones, getting all our applications up and running on the new machines, as well as providing excellent information on what kinds of computers best suited our office's needs. We have reached out a few times since then for additional assistance both large and small and they have always been professional, timely and a great resource. We highly recommend all the staff at On Top of I.T.
