Amazing customer service from start to finish. Not knowing much about solar or the process, Orange solar staff made me feel at ease. In addition, worked some other companies and felt Orange solar was superior comparatively. They were up front and honest from the beginning putting myself the customer first and not their profits. We got a reputable solar system with professional installation at what we believe to be a fair price from Orange Cell Solar. Their quote was personalized to our needs and competitive compared to other quotes we received for similarly sized systems. They were very responsive and easy to work with throughout the entire process and we are very happy with the end result. They are even providing continuing support as we learn to navigate the software platform that our inverter runs on. We love watching our grid usage drop into the negatives!
It's really hard to know who to trust in the solar industry these days but in our opinion, Orange Cell Solar makes the cut.

Rick and the other folks over at Orange Cell have been excellent and tireless. I contracted them to do a large (~19kW) roof-top solar install on a new-home construction. As with any large construction project, there were delays related to parts, availability, etc. Even so, Rick was ALWAYS available to chat, whether just for updates, troubleshooting (mostly schedule related), or really anything.

The roof-top installation is excellent and went off without a hitch. The house-internal portion (including inverter install, DC lines, AC connection, etc) also went off extremely well. I would go as far as to say that Orange Cell went beyond expectation here, doing some additional pieces at cost to them in order to ensure that when DTE came out to do their inspection there would be no issues.

Indeed, once we FINALLY got DTE to come out (yay DTE) the inspection lasted all of 15 minutes with everything already exactly as they wanted it.

If I need to do anything more in the future, from potentially AC coupling additional panels, inverter upgrades down the line, etc, I definitely wouldn't hesitate to give them a call.

I am very happy/satisfied with my Orange Cell Solar Panels and Generac System.
Working with Rick was/is a blessing!!! He is kind, patient, and very understanding to the unique circumstances in our home. Also, he made the entire process easy and was hands on throughout the solar panel install journey.
The Excellent Electrician Team, led by Justin, did a fabulous job. A couple of challenges arose that required extra attention. The issues were resolved on time and flawlessly.
The system is working well and performing according to the proposal.
I would highly recommend this company along with Rick and his team.
