I've been a happy Orbitel customer for three years. Working from home and having a gamer in the house means reliable internet is a must, and Orbitel has delivered with minimal issues. Today, I called to transfer my service to my new home, and Casey answered the call. He was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely understanding. His attentiveness and willingness to find answers made the process smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service like Casey’s is what keeps me a loyal Orbitel customer!

ISPs can be frustrating at times. But a pleasant surprise is that I've had no troubles (outages, significant speed declines). Their seasonal rate flexibility is a nice option I use. Lastly, I found their customer phone support (phone mostly) are informative, patient, and helpful.

I spoke with Casey and Juan at Orbitel and both were very helpful and highly recommended. I spent most of my time talking to Casey who was very personable and knowledgeable to the point of not only accurately answering my questions but also anticipating my needs based on my questions, and then further explaining those. There was no sales pitch, and the number of options to reach a human and time to wait were both very reasonable. Tip - if you get a warning stating your service may be cancelled, call quickly, not near the cancellation date. He mentioned those days have the longest hold times due to people waiting for the last minute. The service has been reliable and more importantly, was able to be set up quickly. Some other services I tried could not get a tech out for nearly 2 weeks!

Kept Orbitel for 3 years as fiber was installed around me in Maricopa. Price kept going up but I wasn't really having issues, until I was. Past year has been the worst with service interruptions, lower than stated speeds, capped uploads, cable tv issues, no willingness to retain me on pricing (unless you call lowering my bill by $4 a deal)

Compression on their video feed is SO high I feel like I'm watching TV in a game of Minecraft. If we were all still on tube TVs nobody would notice. Don't bother trying to watch "HD" channels unless you enjoy 5-15 second freeze frames throughout your show.

Time to cancel... or so you think.
Tried searching online, tried live chat, tried text chat, spent nearly 90 mins on hold, only to find out I have to physically go into the office. Clearly they make is difficult to cancel.

There are better options now, if price was equal to the service you receive I'd say go for it if you want to save some money, but that's not even the case anymore.

Bye bye Orbitel. You've done a good job... of putting yourself out of business.

This review is about my 5 star over the phone experience with KC. This man deserves a promotion. KC was very helpful with everything I needed both times I called. I was lucky enough to talk to him. He is very knowledgeable about everything I needed answered. He was very pleasant and went the extra mile. It doesn't get better than KC so I appreciate his kindness. Make sure you guys pay him good & keep him happy. Thess days you can't find many good workers so take note. My advice to Orbitel is to not get carried away with raising the prices so much. Things are changing & its getting harder for everyone to maintain daily bills. Thanks KC for being the light of my day. Thanks for helping me I appreciate it.
