Philip Alexander Estate Agents Crouch End & Hornsey N8 - London

Even though my experience with estate agencies in London hasn't always been positive, I must admit Philip Alexander pleasantly surprised me. I'm almost in shock at myself writing this review, in complete honesty, but I feel some credit is due, especially given their competition. Despite it taking nearly a week to arrange my viewing, the process of placing an offer and getting the keys was fairly smooth (albeit a little longer than I expected) and was handled really well by Paris, who answered my endless questions with timeliness and courtesy. I was really grateful to be interacting with her. My property is managed by the landlord, therefore I cannot offer much insight into how they are when it comes to managing flats/houses but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them from what has been my experience.

I was very pleased with Philip Alexander. Bobby, Elliott and colleagues were super supportive throughout the process. I have bought and sold a number of properties, and this is the best estate agent I have had. I recommend them highly.

I would highly recommend Philip Alexander to anyone looking for a reliable and top-notch estate agent in the area. I had an excellent experience with Philip Alexander Estate Agents, especially Helena, she's doing an incredible job helping us before and after we moved in. From the very beginning, she was very professional, and incredibly responsive, and made the entire process of moving to the new home for me and my partner smooth. The communication throughout was outstanding, they kept me informed at every stage and were always available to answer any questions I had. After we moved in, Helena also supported us with maintaining and repairing the equipment that needed attention. I can see that we are going to have a great experience in our new home with their help.

Highly recommend Phillip Alexander we were in our flat for 2 years and had Lauren as our property manager. She was always so helpful and very quick getting back to us whenever we had any issues she would sort them straight away and always felt like we could ask any questions or for help if needed. Lovely girl and lovely team!

As far as viewing, admin, and move in was concerned, my partner and I had the smoothest ride as tenants moving into our new flat. Paris and Billy were responsive (my favourite aspect) and professional and friendly. Easiest process, no stress. Wonderful. There was a slight dispute afterwards about something minor, but we got in touch and liaised with branch manager Rob who was equally professional and everything got sorted so credit where credit's due. Happy Tenants. Cheers!

My experience renting a flat through Philip Alexander was exemplary from start to finish. It's thanks to Billy Harris and his kindness and efficiency that my kids and I found a great place to live in a tough market with no rental inventory. Paris Middleweek put through the contracts and helped us streamline the move-in process. Would highly recomend Philip Alexander to landlords and renters/buyers.

It has been long that Philip Alexander Estate Agents manage my property in Hornsey. I am thankful to their excellent work, in particular to Helena Fryer who is an incredible, caring, competent, and responsible property manager; she skillfully takes care of the concerns and interests of the landlord, the tenant, and the agency. Furthermore, she is patient and deals with any problem efficiently by finding the best solutions. As a landlord, we are grateful for her help and professionalism.

I have rented with quite a few agencies in London and I must say that Philip Alexander is one of the best agencies out there. Their service unlike some other agents does not end once the agreement is signed, it continues throughout the term of tenancy. Our lettings agent Lauren Huckle has been fantastic. She is very approachable and extremely helpful and efficient. She has been prompt to sort out any issues we have had while living in the flat. I would hundred percent recommend this agency and Lauren to my friends and family and work with them again in the future myself. :)
