Huge gaming area in the back! They have an events calendar on the wall that shows how well this store is serving the community. Very neat and organized with a decent selection of merchandise. Friendly staff working at the counter. We found street parking not too far away.

There are few businesses on cap hill that make me feel like part of the community the way Phoenix Games does, truly one of the cornerstones of the neighborhood. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable, the ambiance is great. Whether you’re getting into a new hobby or very hard core about yours they’re going to have you covered, incredible selection.

Came in to check out the store after some high recommendations from my oldest kiddo and Facebook mentions. The store is clean and has a great layout. Tables in the back for time with friends and saw a small selection of games that they have available for use. The two staff members, whom I unfortunately didn't get names of, were a delight to talk with and extremely knowledgeable on the current MTG series that are out. I hope to check the store out again soon but definitely recommend checking it out. Be prepared for a lack of parking near the store. I just happened to find parking at the dicks burgers next door.

Nice staff and an active playerbase, but Phoenix has the highest Magic prices I've seen in any game store in Seattle. Expect about a 15% markup over other LGSs on sealed product.

Our favorite neighborhood games and comics store.

We go here often and take our dog with us. This is a place where we feel like we belong. The people who work here are awesome and authentic. It’s fun to have a chat with them and learn.

We support the store and order games or expansions they may not have yet through them and share love for gaming.

Recommend sharing some moments in this place to find some joy for yourself through gaming, art, and nerdism.

The store has expanded since the last time I visited (feels like an eternity). It is a much more open and accommodating space and can handle a decent sized group, provided there are no schedule conflicts for larger groups. More space for more games to purchase on display, and comics (don't forget the comic books!).

April 7, 2025, walked in to buy a comic and was immediately told by a gentleman in a dress that I had to wear a mask. When I asked why, he said it was store policy. I reached for a mask on the counter and he said “at this point I won’t serve you.”
