I would highly recommend Pinpoint Land Surveying. I needed a property boundary survey for a new fence. Loren responded to my inquiry right away and was able to get my project done the same week. The price was fair, and they finished the job under the estimated price. Loren was great to work with. He took the time to talk with me about the property records and provided me with a copy of the parcel map of my property.

I highly recommend Pinpoint Land Surveying. Loren has done several surveys for me. A couple parcel maps, marking base flood elevation, finding corners, and marking property lines. At one location he had to tunnel into a big patch of poison oak to mark a corner, he came out with a smile on his face like it was no big deal (impressive). Most recently Loren, in addition to my lawyer helped draft a rather complicated easement. A lot of thought had to go into this and Loren was right there with me going over every detail.
