We just wrapped up a birthday party here for my 5 year old son and it was AMAZING! The staff were awesome. Josh was our party attendant and did a great job keeping us informed and having fun. We had kids spanning from 4-13 and EVERYONE had a blast. The party room was great, albeit a little hot even after they brought a fan. Laser tag was a hit for all ages and the games were all in working order and of good variety. We really had a wonderful experience! THANK YOU PLANET X!

Fun place to take the kids and for adults. Rented for my daughters birthday and we all had a blast. The kids stayed entertained and the workers were very helpful.

We had my son's 8th bday party here on April 1st and amazing just wonderful the staff was out standing the guy omg he was all over the place and helped everyone of the children He was on it before we could even get to the kid they made the party so special and my son adhd/Autistic and another Autistic child there they loved loved it my son said best bday ever and last year we went to great wolf lodge lol but the staff made a wold of difference thank you for the wonderful Experience you give my son and all of my guests we had a wonderful time

My son and I have been standing in here for 15 minutes. Because the machine took our money and there is no manager or attendant here. We've been calling the front desk, and the phone is just ringing.Does anybody even work here?
