I met Amy and Kevin a couple years ago and always knew that when I was in need of a realtor that they would be number 1 on my list. When I finally decided to start looking for an investment property I gave them a call and the team at Prevail started working immediately on finding the “right one”. Kevin and Amy Salley were referred to me by a mutual friend who was handling my mothers estate after her passing and I needed to put mom's condo on the market. This was made more challenging due to me living 1700 miles away in Maryland. Kevin and Amy handled everything for me from scheduling contactors to provide upgrades, new carpet install, painting and general repairs to be able to list the condo for sale.
