After working with Pride multiple times in the past, I had a very disappointing experience. I submitted my project through their website and later called to confirm they received it. I talked to Rick and he was very dismissive but said he’d get to it the following week. Monday came and went and I heard nothing. I called back Tuesday afternoon and was told Rick would call me back. He did not. I called again a few hours later. Rick claimed to have emailed me. He did not. He then said it would be a few days until he could get to it. I unfortunately had to cancel the order and find someone who could do it quicker because I was on a time crunch. He hung up on me. I understand businesses get busy. I understand people have bad days. But Rick was dismissive and displayed terrible customer service from start to finish. I will not be returning.

Having found no big-box office supply stores to help me with a small print run in Marquette (I tried to do it in Ann Arbor before I headed north, but it would have taken _two_ days!), I found Pride Printing.

Friendly, helpful, efficient, and just plain fun to chat with. If I was a Marquetter, I'd never go anywhere else. Besides, they beat the Staples price by about 50%! Best to y'all!

More than 5 stars! Quality and perfection, great value, friendly, professional. Over the last 3 months, our ongoing robotics team's printing needs have been extremely well met, always ahead of time. Pride makes printing projects with lots of moving pieces a happy experience, and Marquette is very fortunate to have them in our community. We get compliments related to the quality of the printing.

Absolutely incredible service. Our law office has had orders of 8000+ pages of legal documents that needed to be bate stamped, printed, tabbed and put into binders. Jason and his crew were able to do this in less than a week and gave us frequent updates. And the end product was impeccable. Will definitely be utilizing their services for future orders!
