A Big Shout-out to David!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Progressive Dynamics to resolve an issue I was facing with one of their converters. I wanted to use my PD4135KW2B with a LiFePO battery. Newer models have a switch to change from Lead Acid to Lithium, but mine being manufactured in 2020 did not have the switch. This required me to remove a wire and add a jumper. David instructed me how to do this and sent me the jumper (free of charge). I must say that the level of customer service I received was absolutely outstanding, and I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to David, the customer service representative who went above and beyond to assist me.

From the moment I reached out to Progressive Dynamics, David took charge of my case which made me feel valued as a customer. His professionalism, patience, and dedication were truly remarkable.

Thanks to David's efforts, I am now able to fully utilize my converter with the new battery without any issues. His dedication, professionalism, and friendly demeanor have left a lasting positive impression on me. It is evident that he genuinely cares about his customers and their satisfaction.

In conclusion, I highly recommend Progressive Dynamics for their outstanding customer service and exceptional products. If you ever face any challenges or require assistance, rest assured that their team, especially David, will go the extra mile to ensure your concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

I first took my problem to Intech (the maker of my camper) and they promptly pointed me to their online store telling me to replace the converter at $150.00 + time time and frustration of changing out the entire converter.

I have had a great experience with their products and their customer support. I had to have two inverters replaced because of shipping issues (I live on an island requiring a boat ride, it wasn’t their fault) and they’ve been patient and have been friendly and easy to work with. Third time was the charm and I’m really happy. Thanks guys!

Edit: Also their converter in my RV from 2004 is still alive and kicking!

Had a small noise problem with the converter. Talking with the technical advisor, Dennis, he accurately diagnosed my problem and sent out a complete replacement. Great service. This is my Six RV with a Progressive Dynamics unit and they always have been great. Nice to work with a company that will work to satisfy problems in a timely matter. Thanks for your help.

I called into this place and 2 service techs were rude with absolutely disgusting attitudes. The first female I came in contact with didn't give me her name (she knew why she avoided giving me her name)Hugh level discusting. Second, person a Mr Red (lol) the most unconcerned heartless meteorite I've ever came in contact with. I am sorry the RV I own has one of thier electrical parts in it.

I called to inquire about the wiring diagram for the PD 4045. After repeatedly being sent to voicemail because no one is answering the phone they can help me I finally asked the service personnel about this problem. The issue is that the wiring diagram shows a ground bar with for openings on one side other product. The product that I received was missing this ground bar. The woman that answered the Phone for the service department told me that they had discontinued that ground bar A while ago because it was unnecessary to include that. I asked her why the wiring diagram hadn’t been updated. Why are you still sending out a wiring diagram that does not match your product? She told me that she could send me to someone else’s voicemail and maybe they’ll call me with an answer to my question. I told her I had asked for technical support not the operator. She got all defensive and rude and hang up the phone on me.

I had a problem with the converter in my RV It was still in warranty (2 year warranty - happy about that!) Andy took GREAT care of me. Very responsive and helpful. Sent a new converter right out!

Couldn't be more unprofessional. Barely got my full warranty and it was a headache to say the least and don't mistake these guys for a real company. Real backyard mechanic vibe. How many ppl really work for this company?
