I had originally used a company that I thought was based in CA but turns out was overseas. Communication was a bit of a problem, but the big issue was that their T24 CF1R report required an expensive ERV unit.

It seemed unlikely to me that an ERV was necessary for my project, so I needed someone who was local that could review and confirm if that was really required.

Simik at ProMech Engineering was recommended to me-
and he was able to edit the report and concluded that an ERV was not required.

Aside from his excellent work, I found Simik to be an excellent communicator, always immediately picking up his phone, or responding to a text or email.

I highly recommend Simik and look forward to using him in the future.

I have been working with ProMech Engineering Inc for the past 8 years and am very satisfied with their services. As a residential designer, i couldn't ask for a better service. Outstanding communication, rapid response, quick price quotes, fast scheduling, great clean work and most importantly, they are honest and deliver the project on time. These guys are experts at what they do. If you need consulting about your project-no matter the scale of the work-or if you need mechanical/HVAC design, plumbing design or title 24 energy report, give them a call, you wont be disappointed. Highly recommended!!!
