They don’t know about their job, if you want to meet your case worker it’s same like you meet with prime minister.
If someone want to meet prime minister he or she might meet with him or her in one week, but with case worker I’m going back and forth from 3 months I could not able to meet them

Starting July 1st, 2024, the Housing Support Program was supposed to resume after being unavailable due to lack of funding. However, as of July 1st, no one is answering the phone and no one is returning phone calls. It's frustrating that they exist but appear to be helping no one.

Called yesterday and was told by the front desk that a housing worker would be available in the morning. Arrived in the morning. No one available. After waiting three hours, was told my caseworker was on vacation and someone would contact me later. I've left several messages over the past few days, NO ONE has returned my call. Absolutely unacceptable!

I had spoken with a case manager by the name of Chun Chee Free and she was super helpful and amazing with the way she accommodated any questio s or concerns I had. She was very understanding and straight to the point and very welcoming bubbly energy. If only I could encounter that with others in the same office. She made sure to call me back to best guide me in the right direction after reviewing my chart. I am very much pleased with the outcome of our phone interview.

Everyone must be on a covid beak because No one answers the phone, supervisor don't call back . one lady Brenda barron she's rude and never intended on calling back or processing benefits and her supervisor never called when left messages the federals who give them funds should really oversee it and shut it down its not like there doing anything for anyone no how

They have failed at helping anyone. They take federal money to supposedly help people on welfare with resources and jobs. They’ve had adequate time, yet have only told me to search for jobs at home by myself. They use Covid as an excuse for not being able to help people. I don’t know what their actual jobs consist of bc they do nothing at all. I can’t believe the federal government actually pays a “case worker” to help me. All she said was look for a job. Oh really? If that’s how it works, then all my friends & family deserve a pay check from pcg bc they’ve told me that too.

Well, I guess anyone can work there with no experience 99% of them are volunteer and for sure they doesn’t care if someone call , left a message or email, they never respond back. where is the county of San Diego? I’m sure they are aware about it.

This place is terrible to work with. Communication is non-existent and they give you the run around for getting paid or just to get a response. I’m not sure if they are a privately funded agency by the state that pay for people’s child care services, but if you are a child care provider I’d recommend you not work with this agency if you like to get paid regularly. Very unprofessional and will treat you as your not worth their time or effort. I feel for the people who have to get their child care services administered through this agency. I’d recommend switching or sticking to CDA or YMCA.
