I have been hired by Quantumsoft in Jan'21 for a Software Developer role. I am very pleased with how quickly they helped me in getting the project at a fortune 500 client. My Point of Contact was Radhe/Sam, who guided me through the entire process and also emailed me the timesheet and salary process via ADP payroll direct deposit.
I really appreciate the fact that my salary gets deposited every 2 weeks directly in my account. They even call to remind me to get my timesheets approved to ensure they can pay me in time. This is a fraud firm. I was working in this firm more than a year . I got a Client Job and was searching for a firm who can run my. W2. Found this consultancy through friend.

Even though this firm didn’t help me on finding a job he was descending 20% from whatever amount he got from the client. And the worst thing is he was deducting monthly taxes i.e federal, state, Ssn and Medicare but never paid These to IRS. I received a W2 with a blank federal and state tax dedicated. He stopped giving me my paystubs. He was trying to cheat me and the government.

Please do not join this company. The So called CEO of this firm Radhe Bharathula neither had a HR team or marketing team and I guess he has 2 or 3 employees who joined like me. If your on h1 it’s risky because this firm has bad remarks and don’t risk your visa.
