Melissa and her staff are incredibly gracious AND professional. They quickly and easily diagnosed my computer problems and bent over backward to resolve them. They completely exceeded my expectations, . After all my years working in Silicon Valley, Quietech is superior in systems knowledge and customer service. Can't thank Quietech Associates enough for all the information. tips and phone service you have provided me over the years. You deserve 10 gold stars!
I am 92 years old and am now living in Reno. I am NOT computer savvy. When I turn on my toaster, I expect it to make toast not tell me in a foreign language how to insert the bread. Same goes with my computer.
Because I no longer see as well as when I was younger, I have a problem reading the blue letters (for emphasis?) on a black background. If possible, white on black would be much easier for me to read. Perhaps there are other seniors with this problem?

Too bad there isn't a 10 star rating option!
Melissa and all of her staff are very personable, tech experts, and all know how to explain the intricacies of navigating a computer, device, and the internet in a manner that is understable and makes sense to a technically challenged person (like me!). I am a loyal client of Quietech for several years and have always been very impressed with their service and, as a bonus, their VERY reasonable rates. I recommend them highly as the go to place for all computer needs.

This place met with me. Promised a call that day or next morning. Did not happen. I called twice on different days. Left messages and still no response. If you didn’t want my job you could have let me know. Wasted precious time with these people. Still no call. No response after four days.
