Horrible.
I would have been better off setting everything up on my own.

Nothing gets done at Redtail without me calling to harass someone. There is no follow-through on ANYTHING.

I've been signed up for 4 months and my CRM still hasn't been integrated.

They took so long to transfer the emails from my previous firm that they were all lost. I just lost 7 years of client emails. There's nothing I can do.

The hold times are terrible.

There is no accountablity for anything.

It is a horribly run company.

Stay away.

2 weeks of degraded systems and they still have no idea what or when it will be repaired. They throw their customer service people under the bus by feeding them bs lines to tell the end user. Find another service. They were always adequate and "the devil you know" but at this point, THEY SUCK! 100% management at fault - their customer service tries but leadership sucks and unfortunately, we end up paying the consequences of poor upper management. Find another service!

Very rarely am I motivated enough to write a review but what I experienced today from Redtail customer service was disgraceful. I spent over 4 hours on "hold" on their chat service to discuss a "406" error I have been experiencing for a week regarding their CRM software. Once a rep answered my call I was told they were aware of the issues over the weekend and have been overwhelmed with calls for service. Why not send an e-mail to all CRM users informing them of the issue and that a solution was being worked on? I asked to speak with a manager which did not happen. Instead I did receive an e-mail from a service manager and basically received the run around. This company has quickly declined since the Orion purchase. My advice is if you are considered this software for your business: run don't walk. if I could them zero stars I would.

Since Orion acquired this company, it has gone from a 5-star to a 0-star. At least I know to avoid looking into anything Orion in the future. Redtail used to provide amazing customer service, but now they charge 5 times more and have horrible customer service with horrible wait times.....great job, Orion, you must be a pretty horrible company. Luckily, with the price increase, you are now at the same cost as SalesForce, Canopy, and others, making it easy for me to decide to switch.

They like to increase their billing with only email notification, and then crank you up to the highest costs possible regardless of what you are using. Terrible way to launch new services - buyer beware!
