Becca Kyger was wonderful to work with and she made this enormous transition, smooth and hassle-free. Not sure where to start with Lisa. In a market saturated with agents, she sets herself apart. She knows the market, regulations, trends, etc. incredibly well and is always willing to, in her words, “fight with facts” in order to advocate for her clients best interests throughout every phase of the buying/selling process. She has helped us buy two homes and sell one and she’s kept us informed and empowered to make good decisions. She is always honest with us whether it is good news or tough news and she helped us navigate all of the situations that we encountered. I can’t recommend Lisa highly enough.

Becky helped us in many ways. Her advise on what was needed to be done (and not) to the house prior to listing was spot on and helped us sell the home immediately. Also very well versed and experienced in the negotiation standpoint, helping us get the maximum out of selling our home. Highly recommend!

Trish Pfanstiel did an excellent job selling our house. She kept us informed, did a ton of open houses and was quick with comparables when we needed them. We highly recommend Trish.
