Not worth the price. Bait and switch lease terms. Awful customer service. I now believe the positive reviews on here are fake.

Regus, you lost me as a customer for Life. I hope the fees you manipulated were worth it. Now, return my security deposit ASAP. Horrible company. Never again.

Michelle and Candice are consistently friendly and helpful. If I have a question they get back to me in a timely fashion.

For the most part the place is clean and tidy. (I say for the mist part as the extended plumbing issue was not of their making.)

It is spring, bring on a social event or two.

At this point I cannot give them a low enough review. They're billing system is inconsistent. I'm On the 11 th floor AC is out and they have no sense of urgency to fix it before the fall season. They removed and dislocated furniture while I was on vacation I returned to a completely dysfunctional office. Cost me a very significant amount of money to adjust and lost time. When I contacted the person to address these issues all she could say is "it's your fault not ours" I have no control over the billing and or their moving furniture when I'm gone and dislocating my personal property to the floor Computers files and everything else. I have no control over the HVAC system i'm simply a tenant and a very dissatisfied one
