Very helpful,Very good trade in value if you are doing in store credit. Any time I have an issue with a disc I buy,they replace it or try to fix it free of charge. All of the employees are friendly and helpful,Richard Knight is fun to talk to about games and other gaming topics. I'm a regular customer and have been treated great every time I enter the store.

Not only did I love working for this company, but I do my shopping here as well. Great prices that are typically lower than other gaming stores and retro gems you can only find online can be found physically in store. Nothing like instant gratification. I love these sour patch kids!!

We've made several transactions with replays, this one particularly. They are ALWAYS kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. If they don't know the answer they find it, and they doesn't happen very often. They're not clingy as I shop, they offer their assistance and let me go about my way. I just called seeking information about an Xbox one, and I couldn't tell you who answered the phone, but he answered EVERY question I had, supplemented with very good info, and didn't ramble. I LOVE this store.

Great selection and helpful staff.
The only reason that I am giving only three stars is that they can be overpriced, and there is this HORRIBLE smell of cigarette smoke.
Otherwise, if you collect retro games and consoles, I recommend this store!

Every time I go the people are helpful. Just traded in a bunch of movies (like 50) that I have no interest in seeing anymore...$100 store credit later I think I'll treat myself. Lots of retro games:) The one girl that works there is really helpful.

Replay's return policy is kind of terrible, but honestly it's your best shot for used/retro games; great selection for PS1 and PS2. Just be very wary of their used consoles and other hardware, because a lot of them don't work and you can only return them for store credit :/

Everytime I go in there, I always have a good experience. The guy that works there is very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend using this place for all your older game needs.
