I think Jody has single handedly brought my love back for Pokemon. One random day last year, my best friend Erin and I decided to walk in the building and check it out. To our surprise the prices, atmosphere, and organization were all amazing. At first we were kind of nervous to talk to Jody but literally after our first conversation it was so easy to talk to him. Eventually Erin and I kept going monthly and Jody remembered us each time. One moment that I appreciate very much was when jody wasn't having the best day so we ripped open a Japanese booster box and it was so much fun. This cheered him up and he pulled a card that Erin wanted so he sold it to us but he accidentally priced us for the English price (which is more expensive). The next time we came back he told us we had store credit for something we didn't even know lol. Overall this is the best store that has pokemon and cards in general. Jody is the coolest guy and is very genuine. His loyalty and attitude towards his clients are some I've never seen in any business. I was able to find the cards I've always wanted for the best prices. I am forever grateful I can shop here and be friends with Jody. Please let him know he's highly appreciated by Erin and I. Never change!

Called to speak with the owner about purchasing a particular item for sale and spoke with the "manager". He 1) confirmed the item was still for sale, 2) said he had the ability to negotiate prices, and 3) invited me to come in for a discussion about the item. When I got there he showed the item to me and I offered 10% under full asking price since we both agreed the item had small defects. His response was simply "no we want full asking price". TERRIBLE customer service! For reference the item I was interested in was in the thousands of dollars and I had cash to purchase it with me. Needless to say, there was no transaction.

Went in for the first time ever with my daughter and fiance. we had a great experience. I wish I had found out about the store sooner. I will never buy my cards at game stop ever again, LOL. also, the owner gave my daughter 2 free pokemon cards, we really appreciated that was very nice of him they just gained a lifelong customer with me so glad I went and 3mins from my house can't beat it!!

Called from Canada to get some information on sports cards and was lucky to get Nick who was very knowledgeable. I also discussed sending some cards to be graded and he filled me in on the process. It was a great experience and now I’ll be better prepared when I take the drive over to visit! Can’t wait to visit the shop.

Friendliest local card shop in SE Michigan! Great prices- always willing to meet Topps online price. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Owner is a card and collectible junkie just like the rest of us! Always treated like a VIP!

Very unprofessional staff, they offer a Facebook messenger service for questions and after 6 texts back and forth I was told that “Our experience of back and forth over DM always seems to turn into more effort than it should.”
Why even offer this service then? After wishing them a good rest of their day they decided to block my account… Very weird and unprofessional behavior.

I had an awesome time here playing the prerelease in Lord of the Rings. Very friendly staff and. Great prices when buying cards. Huge selection and they also have baseball cards football cards and Mike Tyson's boxing gloves for sale very cheap. I do recommend this place to anyone and everyone
