When we were instructed to add phone app support to our website we contacted Raj at ROI Software Solutions to get an idea of what would be required and what he could offer us. As we didn't have any experience with phone apps we sat down with Raj and after describing our website and what we were looking for we quickly came to the conclusion that ROI Software Solutions had what we were looking for. We arrived at a design that worked the best for us, we could provide service calls from our servers and define what the app user flow would be and they would handle everything on the phone app side to include development, release, support, and approval through the play store and iphone store. Raj and his team worked with us in defining the interface which documented all the system requirements, which was frequently change as our requirements changed. The whole process of working with his team was very positive as they were fully engaged in the process, both of development and support. The result was the first app was released and warmly received by our website users. This was followed by several additional apps and then a consolidation of all the apps into a single app with all the tools available within the one app. The app was shown during many of our webinars and customer presentations and was always warmly received. The result was that we were able to give our users access to information on their devices in a manner that provided a very useful addition to the website. We quickly learned to appreciate the experience that Raj and his team at ROI Software Solutions had with the whole phone app life cycle as there was so much more to get a released app than we originally realized. There were many things that we didn't know that we didn't know. They were a great choice for us and I would recommend them.
