Alonso was a really cool dude who works out of his house so when I gave him my laptop to replace the screen that he didn't have the part for, he told me it would be done in 2 hours and to my suprise he called me less than two hours later with laptop fully repaired. Really chill dude would trust him with my device in the future.

An author and freelance writer, I work from home full time, doing all my work on my laptop. When I broke my laptop screen (see photos), I was shocked and upset, but I could always connect to an external monitor. But when my laptop overheated in its new location for connecting to the monitor, Windows would not start and my panic turned to despair. I called Rokos Technology, and Alonso assured me that all would be well. He ordered the new screen and repaired the hard drive so Windows would boot up. He saved all of my files not only on my hard drive, but also bookmarks and other online data that is vital to my work. I was able to keep working until the new LED screen arrived. When it came, he installed it promptly. I'd had an HD-screen before, but the one Rokos supplied is definitely an upgrade. Alonso cleaned the machine and everything is working better than before. He even sold me an external hard drive so I can back up my work more consistently. He was courteous, straightforward, honest, and fair. The service, workmanship, and price were great. Definitely 5 Stars!

I had a very good experience With him he help me out a lot. I had a problem with my pc kicking me out of my games because of my WiFi usb cable. He made a new land cable for my WiFi and it worked perfect without any issues. Highly recommend!

Great work! I spilled water on my laptop and he provided a thorough inspection and cleaned the computer. He came out and had me turn it on and test it there and it worked even after spilling water 🙌🏼

Alonzo was amazing! I called and he responded right away. I needed a new laptop face from an old Lenovo and he fixed within a couple days. It would have been sooner, but he needed to find another provider to find a part since the laptop was dated. If you have a new device, you can expect quick turnaround. I will always call Alonzo for anything tech related - you should too!
