Absolutely terrible. Do not use under any circumstances. Our boards are a little complicated but absolutely manufacturable (another mfg is now making them with no issues). Rush said they could make our boards, sent us a quote, and we paid them. Their engineering team repeatedly made mistakes, tried to make design breaking changes with no explanation, and repeatedly ignored our specifications. After a month of this incompetence, we canceled our order and asked for a refund. Their customer support guy, Ricky, yelled at me multiple times for trying to get a refund. He tried to claim we owed them for their "engineering time" (which we didn't want in the first place and was useless) and transfer fees, despite that they wasted a month of our time and held our money for 2 months. I had to dispute the transaction with our bank before they would refund me the full amount. I have proof of all of this, and if you are considering using Rush, you should use literally any other PCB company.

Edit: Roy never emailed me despite saying he would a couple weeks ago in the response below. They have my contact info, so it seems on top of everything else they're lying in review comments to try to look better.
