Safeway electric was great from start to finish. Glenn is a very conscientious, honest owner who is motivated to make happy clients! He has been in business a long time and knows his stuff! The office staff and the other workers were also knowledgeable and helpful. Communication is quick and responsive. Any follow up needs were addressed timely. I would highly recommend this company!!

I went looking for an Electrician online because I was told by the installer of my HVAC that I had an electrical issue for one of my A/C units. I called Safe-Way Electric this Morning 7/1/2024@ 7:15 a.m because I saw all the great 5 stars reviews, the reviews did not lie! Glen answered my initial call. I received a call after 8:00 a.m from Nicole to inform me of the time Glen would arrive to my home. She kept me posted on the time he would arrive and even called me when Glen was in front of my home!🤩 When I met Glen I just loved his demeanor! He smelled nice too!☺️ He checked the breaker box and even had me hold the tool he used to see the voltage on each breaker! He explained to me how much each breaker should read, and sure enough he found one not reading correctly. He checked both individual fuse boxes for each fuse on my A/C units to make sure the amperage was good. All checked out fine and Glen gave me my estimate with a discount of 15%! Glen changed out the breaker and now my home is nicely cooled from today's heat. I also had a question about a smoke detector that would beep all the time in one of the bedrooms. With a new battery, it still gave me issues. Glen checked the wiring of the smoke detector for me and reinstalled the battery, put it back in place and it stopped beeping! 🥳 One thing I can say is that I now have my first new Electrician that I will be calling for all my electrical needs! Glen is the BEST! THANKS AGAIN GLEN! 🤗

Actually I would give Safe-Way 10 stars if I could. Here's why: Got quotes from 2 other companies for 10s of thousands to replace the electrical box in my back house where my son was living before he moved out of state. The contractors didn't even check to confirm the electrical box was the problem, but they were nice, and pristine in their company uniforms. Called Safe-Way to get a third quote and Glenn, the owner came out and noticed immediately, before even entering the house, that there was a problem above the front door where a motion detector had been. He checked the kitchen outlets that had quit working, ended up going into the attic to check the wiring. He took photos to show me: The house wiring was a sh*t show and a total fire hazard. My too-frugal parents ( house has been in the family for 70+ years) had hired a guy to rewire the place years before who apparently didn't know what he was doing. Bottom line: Glenn actually got dirty, figured out the problem wasn't in the electrical box, and charged me way less to rewire the entire house than the other companies would have, and these other companies wouldnt have even fixed the problem. This, on a house where various family members lived for free, so it wasn't even a money maker! I wish I could find an auto mechanic like Glenn.

I had the pleasure of working with Enrique Lopez. He did an amazing job with swapping out my power outlets and reassured me that all my electrical was safe. It was also very quick but he made sure to double and even triple check that everything was done properly and correctly.

After further review. He was right about the recommended issues that needed to be fixed but not for the issue that he was called out for. It's was a simple fix that was handled by another electrician the next day. He was helpful with assisting ne install me ring doorbell and allowed me to even use some tools that I did not have.

Glenn came right on time, very punctual and communicative. His inspection was through and appropriate. He tried to give us the best price that he could, we have a difficult project but he is very qualified to do the job. Our conversations were amicable, he was never pushy for us to make a decision but he gave us a great insight of the deficiencies and problems we have at our place.
