Pete has been helping me since my go to photographer got too busy to return my calls reasonably promptly , I prefer to not call out that other photographer of quite a few years , there photography was very good .
My decision started with a nice discussion with Pete and evolved to him doing all my photography , his drone work is very good , and I have sent Pete to Large tracts of land with Cell tower to single family homes.
When a need to go back and tweak due to my renovations , no problem .
I have discussed with Pete even doing out of town development property with overlays , no problem ..
Pete is my guy , not to throw another very good photographer under the bus ... but say 25-30 photo shoots and difficulty with communication ... that did it . Pete responds quickly , that is very important to me , and his work is excellent .
