Very happy with service. Our laptop went dead. Richard was able to recover all our files off hard drive and move them to new computer. He even helped track down a new computer. Richard was very considerate of my reluctance to provide password information and he patiently let me observe the process he used for accessing and transferring our secure files . And fast.

I highly recommend Richard from Same Day Computer Service for all your computer repair needs. He is smart, kind and so easy to work with and he's prompt, professional and efficient, to boot. We have been a customer for at least 6 years, maybe more. He has bailed us and restored lost data, repairs over the years, a new desktop computer and most recently set my husband up with a refurbished laptop for use in his pole barn, along with wireless connectivity. We couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Richard!

Richard helped me free of charge today. My computer was blue-screened. I called Richard and left a voicemail around 9am. He called back promptly and I gave him access to my Microsoft account. Not only was he informative and polite but fixed my laptop same day and didn't charge a thing. That kind of customer service is almost non-existent these days.

Richard, you have another loyal customer. When, not if, I have my next issue, I'm calling you. No question about it.

I had called with the intent of finding out if they could help me with any of my electronics, but right from the start, they had a very rude tone. They said that they only work on laptops and computers, which is understandable, and nothing to complain to me about. I mentioned my laptop, which was not opened, and they asked what kind is it. I said it is still in the case, and I don't know offhand. They became very upset and said, "Well, then we can not help you. Have a good day." I did not know the brand of laptop was needed for a quick question. It seems like they didn't want me to waste anymore of the 40 seconds of their time. I have no idea if they could have helped me. They would not let me ask even one question. They were agitated, curt, and rude for the entire 40 seconds call. I would not recommend them.

Ric and Superman have something in common……. Faster than a speeding bullet! I talked with him on a Thursday about my personal laptop crashing…..then went and bought a new laptop. The next day, Friday, I gave him my old laptop to recover data on the drive. Within a few hours, it was ready. I have absolutely no complaints about the cost. Well within what I feel was reasonable. I was frantic about recovering my files and now I have everything back . I would never hesitate to recommend him to anyone and going forward if I have any issues with my business computer, I will be calling him again!
