We had a unique property of 10 acres with a large house.
Interest rates were high and demand was not strong.
Sandy and her crew helped us to prioritize what we needed to do on the house, and explained the plan. And answered our questions and concerns.
She has excellent people that are skilled with fixing things. We have used some of these people at our new house and have complete trust in them.
We thought about selling this house on our own, but am thankful we did not.
