Omg I am so glad that Sarah Mae is a local business here in Arkansas with unlimited capabilities when it comes to printing of all kinds and I do mean all kinds. From tshirts, hats, jackets, banners and backdrops, posters and the list goes on and on. I have used Sarah Mae’s on a few different occasions and I must say that I was very pleased with their service and professionalism and their turnaround time. I especially like the fact that you can order transfers one day and get them back the same day or the next day according to when you place your order. I have been keeping up with their progress over the last several months and I see that they are now gearing up to extend their services to include embroidery. I am excited about getting a few things done for some of my family members and fraternity brothers. Sarah Mae thank you for all that you do and I pray continued blessings over your business

Terrible experience. Placed an order oct 3 and paid in full. I needed a suit for my son’s senior night Nov1st. I came into the store twice to pick it up and being promised it would be ready. I called and text a thousand times because of course I’m stressing out closer to the date. It is now oct 29 and no one is answering calls or messages. I went back into the store and was treated as if I were the problem. My money and outfit were returned to me and now I’m on the hunt to find someone to find someone to make his suit in a day. I am livid. This place is so unprofessional. Sad part is I was looking forward to doing a lot of business with them because of the convenience of location.

I never received my baby first Birthday shirt I order and it’s tomorrow. I placed the order a week ago but if it wasn’t enough timing I would’ve completely understood. I’m so disappointed because now my daughter doesn’t have a birthday shirt but has everything else to match the shirt that was order. I was told several times it will be ready then today it is ready but they don’t know where it’s at . They are officially closed for the night on top of they stopped answering for me .
