We purchased the Otis Pool Table with dining top, in the tournament blue felt color. We had a lot of questions about the size, material, and installation and their team was very prompt in helping. The installers showed up on time and were very friendly. The table was leveled and adjusted, and they took all of the trash with them when leaving.

The blue felt on the dark wood is STUNNING, and the wood top was easy to put into place. Quality, quality, quality!! Good stuff all around!

Ordered the Xander by Plank and Hide and it looks perfect in our rec room. Was warned about possible shipping delays, but was surprised to learn the table shipped about a month earlier than expected. Table looks and plays great. Great advice and installation from both Sawyer Twain and their third party installers. This table is a SOLID piece of furniture and looks beautiful whether configured for dining or billiards. Be aware that billiard tables are higher than standard dining height.

Chris from Sawyer Twain was soooo helpful! I purchased a shuffleboard and pool table and thought I got a great deal. I get so many compliments on it, and people think I paid tripe than I did. We had one tiny hiccup and he handled it swiftly and easily. He even arranged delivery and install so it was a breeze. I would recommend and purchase from Chris for sure...

Very poor customer service! I selected a table that I enjoyed and a table that matched my other home furnishings very well. Table delivered the first time with many broken components and could not be installed until replacement parts were shipped out. On top of that my dining top did not deliver with the pool table. I was informed that they would ship it out within a few weeks to a month. Well 6 months later after every excuse in the book my dining top showed up and its the completely incorrect dining top. Completely wrong color and completely wrong style! I have sent many emails with several photos proving my case and Sawyer Twain refuses to do anything about it. I was told, "we're sorry but we can offer you a 25% refund and you can go get your brand new table refinished in the color that you would like." Is that a joke? Be aware that this company does not stand behind their customers! If you purchase from this company, you better cross your fingers that your product shows up in one piece and is exactly what you paid for.

Paid for white glove delivery and the installer damaged our floor and the top of the pool table. They sent out a new top but just left it out front of the house stating they will not install again. Asked for a refund on the white glove delivery/install and they pretended like they were going to look into it but then wouldn’t answer phone calls and eventually called back stating it’s not their problem to fix. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
