Hands down, FIVE STARS!

We had Frontpoint for around 6 years and they went from fairly good customer service to nearly ZERO customer service. We couldn't get through to them. When we called they would ask us to leave a # and tell us they would get back to us.

Frustrated, I called Sebastian and they made an appointment to come out and assess our needs. They utilized what they could of our previous system and added an outdoor security camera overlooking our driveway.

All work performed was professional and they have been great to work with all around.

The other day I entered the house through the garage and failed to disarm the system prior. They were on the phone with me withing 60 seconds to determine if there was a problem. This company does not disappoint! Highly recommend Sebastian for home security.

Customer service from Sebastian Corp is top-notch and Darion is especially great to work with. No issue has ever been too big or too small for him to give us his time. When we have experienced technical issues, he along with his entire team have done everything possible to minimize any service disruptions.

We had Sebastian come install an alarm system and Ring camera at our home. The technician Jesus who came out was extremely professional, kind, and thorough. He took the time to explain how everything worked and how to use it after he was done. I would highly recommend using them!

Everything from low voltage diagnosis and repair, Alarm monitoring, fire systems testing, network/internet services and VoIP phone system. They do it all and more. I have had issues with my Sebastian internet service since my initial purchase, maybe 10 years ago! I have had soo many techs come and no progress. I was at my witts end, ready to switch providers! I thought I would try one more time and today I can finally say that I am satisfied with my internet service! Jordan was one of the techs but there was another gentleman who’s name I didn’t catch. They saw the issue right away! They fixed the problem and then fixed the other issues they found as well! Soo happy with their service and expertise!
