Davey was quick to respond to my inquiry, patient when I didn’t get back right away to him and he transferred our 27 Mini-DVD tapes onto 3 USB drives. And then made 2 more sets for me to give to others. What a great service!

Absolutely phenomenal experience working with Secondary Media! I brought them six VHS tapes to digitize and Davey was extremely professional, quick to respond, FAST, and thorough. Within only two days, he digitized my tapes and returned them to me in absolutely perfect condition. One of my tapes had mold on the inside, on the reel itself, and Davey disassembled it, cleaned it, and salvaged the video on it all for a small charge. I can't recommend them enough! Great work, thank you!

Very happy with the work that they did. I gave him a bag full of old VHS tapes, 8 mm tapes and DVDs. They were great and timely in their communication, converted my materials in just a couple days and his prices are very reasonable!
