Security engineers at Buffalo rock wants to stop people and check their IDs at 3 o’clock in the morning when they’re coming to pick up people and they do not do it to everybody and want to take pictures of people in their vehicles and trying to trust pass people for no reason with their supervisor Mr. Bryant. The photo that was taken is the guard that took the picture of me in my vehicle without consent on his personal phone And refused to give his supervisor another call after I have already talked to his supervisor and his other supervisor so she claims.

I was at one of the sites. The director was rude and disrespectful to me within two weeks of me being there. He cursed me out and disrespected me in front of other employees. And after that he had it in for me from that point on. My family and I both contracted covid on two separate occasions and then once just my kids. I asked them if they wanted the excuses they stated no we didn't need them. When I was looking for another job I was terminated the weekend leading up to my drug screening. Stated I'd been absent too many times which was false. Now attempting to return to SEI I'm not allowed because they put in that reason. Not fair nor professional.

This is a horribly run company. Do not use them for security. They are a joke. It is Scary companies like this can exist. Do not deserve even one star.

While my short time working for this company, some of the cons of working here is that there is no formal orientation process. This would be helpful to ensure all onboarding procedures are completed so that the employee has all necessary documents/ badges/ and overall company expectations. Secondly, lack of training for new hires. Im a hands on person, so to just tell me to watch videos all day shows how this employers cares about the success of their employees. Thirdly, their accounting/ financial practices seem every unethical. As I can report that there is no formal documentation is needed to justify most of their reporting. Lastly, wrongful termination process. I believe if there is an exception that is set there should be an adequate amount of time for the employee to be able to perform said duties and expectations. I was terminated within 48 hours of when these exceptions and duties were given to me. There should be some time of HR procedures to prevent cocky CFO's (who doesn’t know how to work a pivot table) wrongfully terminating an employee before any evaluations or expectations have been set.

If the entire staff is anything like the one I had an interaction with this company is a joke. Surely security training doesn’t consist of: driving way too fast through parking lots, blowing their horns instead of addressing someone, parking with their headlights pointing into someone’s car, circle said car taking pictures and videos, video the occupant when they step out to ask what the problem is, refuse to have a conversation and explain the issues they are apparently creating, and then speed off across the parking lot. Someone’s getting paid to joyride a company car, play on their phone, and toot their horn to tell people to go away.

One of their officers pulled at to my vehicle, on 8th Avenue North, and 19th Street in Birmingham, Alabama and very rudely told me I need to stay in my lane and I was clogging up a lane. Police officer were right in front and the lane was small due to construction. I was sitting there 10 minutes before he pulled up in his vehicle waiting to turn. Then he started calling me deragatory names. This is very unprofessional and traumatizing. It is unacceptable that SEI would have officer that act in such a manner!

Worst place to work. Had the flu with no insurance was told I cant return without a dr. Note. Then got a call saying i had 3 no call no shows after they told me I could not return without a dr note.
