Service Titan is amazing company. It's a premium investment, but something that is so integral to our company it would be hard to trust something that is less. It's not the perfect software, but it seems like they're committed to being the best in class company for the trades. They listen to feedback and constantly iterate to make themselves better. Above and beyond the software though, they have a great team that cares passionately for the businesses they serve. Tim Sjobeck has been one of our mentors and facilitating one of our peer groups which before Service Titan, it would've been impossible to find a group of other businesses that are similarly minded wanting to win. Tim's an awesome facilitator and brings his real world experience to the table which helps everyone in our group rather than a "software guy" who knows a little bit about business. Appreciate Service Titan and we wouldn't be company we are without them.

I would not recommend service titan to a reconstruction, painting or welding company. This was way out of their scope but they ensured me they would be able to work for our company and it completely failed. They promised a lot in the sales process and every part of it fell short. It has been nothing but problems for our company and I hope to save another company from making the same mistake. It’s also very expensive compared to other programs out there.
