We were searching for housing for my son and had a great experience working with Brandon. He was very responsive, professional, caring and understanding. He showed us the available units, answered all of our questions, anticipated what my son’s needs may be and helped him recognize them. He also recommended other units that the company has for lease based on our preferences and connected us with 2 of his colleagues, Alice and TrishAnn. They both were also very responsive and professional. It was a real pleasure and easy to communicate and work with all three of them. Really professional environment and caring people.

My experience so far was great with Brandon, I did a virtual tour with him and applied, signed the lease all on the same day. He helped streamline the process, which was very quick and easy. I cannot speak for long term as I have not moved in yet.

I've loved my experience with SG Real Estate. From the welcome letter, the beautiful unit, to the awesome property manager Wayne, all of my guest and myself have felt the love. They truly are about building community and I'm grateful to be a part of it. Mr. Wayne is especially awesome! Mr. Wayne is thoughtful, respectful, and on top of things here at The Point. He handles all issues with grace and gentle authority. He is fair and thoughtful when issues arise, and when people need a little extra grace. We are very thankful for Mr. Wayne's management and know that it is because of him that my experience living here is as comfortable and wonderful as it is.

I had a great experience moving to Alameda with Ryan Vo as my leasing agent, initial onboarding was great as well as the move in process, I love my new place & neighborhood !
