Simetra pretty much rescued the organization I represent from an almost impossible situation: upgrading a system built in 1995 to a contemporary one. That was done with the its amazing programmer Cheryl and we are incredibly satisfied. Note: there are others out there that offer what look like similar services for competitive pricing but we went with this company for its honesty, knowledge and service. It's the exact opposite of providing the basics of the contract. Please consider Simetra Systems in any software upgrade.

I briefly worked at this place but found the owner, Margaret to be verbally and mentally abusive to myself, and her employees. I stuck up for one and paid the price. Since then, 3 of her employees (of 5 total) have left. The practices of this company is not something I can recommend at this time. I would implore you to do your research.
