Chris at Slades Corners Computer Repair, LLC is awesome. I have been going to him for many years. It’s nice having someone close by to help you when you are having frustrating problems with you computers. He fixes them quickly and helps you to understand what not to do so you don’t have the problem again. I was having computer issues even after I had Geek Squad "fix" my computer. I called Slades Corners and booked an appointment. Chris came to my house and went over everything that the Squad had done to my computer and figured out it was actually a Spectrum problem. So, Spectrum came out and changed my modem and checked a few things. Still, I was having issues. Chris came back and went over the issues again and it's still a Spectrum issue but they are coming back. My point here is I have never had such great customer service from a company. Chris even typed out a dialogue for me to share with Spectrum when I spoke with them because I am techno-challenged. This company is wonderful from the receptionist, Gabby, to the owner, Chris. I will NEVER use Geek Squad again after my tech support contract is up. Great service and reasonably priced plus integrity! What a concept!
