My brother has been in his apartment for going on 2 months now and it’s very easy to tell that they take advantage of students. He signed a lease that stated there was a balcony and central air. The day my brother moved in his door to the balcony has been utilized for a portable AC unit, therefore, he can’t use the balcony. The central air has yet to be fixed. My brother has followed up on this issue numerous times and every time maintenance doesn’t actually show up to complete anything or they just don’t show at all. And in the midst of all of this not once has rent decreased temporarily due to the issues. To avoid being in the same boat as we are contacting the local new station and the BBB for taking advantage of students I would suggest you look for another location to reside.

Bad Horrible staff, the front desk man was so rude by blaming me for my problems. I provided pictures and proof of our parking spot. There is glass and construction blocking our parking space. Also they did not inform residents of where to park in case they can't get to their parking. There are many things wrong with our "brand new" fully furnished apartment. This company doesn't hold accountability at all. The construction is horrible and have been going on forever. The electrician block the exit and forced me to back up all the way to the opposite direction to get out. There was plenty of space on the street for them to move and they rather shout at you then move. The maintenance team did not fix our stovetop that is smoking and causing fumes that makes it hard to breath for us and our cat. Whoever came the first time smoked up my entire apartment and the hallway. My poor cat was stuck inside and was noticeably affected by the smoke when I came back. The garbage here piles up on our back porch, I don't know why garbage only comes to pick up stuff every 2 weeks and leave most of the garbage sitting on the ground. Absolutely disgusting and unhygienic. Good I spoke with the Manager and she was more reasonable and said sorry that we were not informed. She also took my suggestions on how to improve how residents are addressed, and to clearly tell residents where they can park. We had the washer leak water and maintenance came fairly quick and replaced the broken washer right away. Pretty happy that they replaced the old washer rather than fixing it up and have it break again.

Terrible experience. Be careful before you sign the lease. There is a bat in my apartment and I get vaccinated because of that. I called the 24 hour emergency line and every time they promised someone will contact me shortly, but up to now no one has ever called me and tried to solve that.

Terrible company that is slow when fixing issues. I had a giant leak come through my wall on Wednesday of last week, my apartment has flooded twice in the past week, and the maintenance has been slow and unhelpful. One maintenance man even came by, said they could do nothing, and left my apartment to flood. Flooding and these types of issues are supposed to be handled as an emergency, yet they will do anything they can to worm out of it. Would not recommend leasing with this company. 0 stars if I could. Additionally, many of their buildings are infested with roaches.

Terrible experience. Staff takes about 20 business days to reply and frankly not friendly at all. When you call, 9/10 times you will get no answer. When I first moved in, our AC unit took about 2 months to get fixed (summer was over by that point). The apartments are cheap for a reason. That is just my opinion.

Moving day was smooth and didn’t have any problems. Parking in this area is also great. We put a maintenance request and they told us that will take a lot at later on the same day. So far it’s been a great experience.
