I worked for STG on a client project from 09/2013 to 08/2014, Jay is a great boss to work with, and he always cares about the client(with frequent onsite checkins with the team and his employee) to make sure both sides were on the same page. He tried to give the best support/benefit to his employees(may not on par with big companies, but he does try his best). Would like to work with him again!
