My retirement party was an incredible event. It could not have happened without the help of Solar Studios and their staff. Both Peter and Gonzalo were so helpful, so caring, so knowledgeable! They made the party so easy to put together (We had over 100 people). They assisted me in all details - whether it was where the caterer could park, where the tables would go, where to get the tables and chairs, etc. I would highly recommend them. They were so affordable as well. Don't look anywhere else, they are the real deal.

Held a photography exhibition at Solar Studios recently and the venue was perfect! Guests loved the beautiful spacious interior, which gave the whole event a very professional look. The kitchen was great for setting up our drink table, and we got a great table rental deal with their partners down the street.

The cyc cove was used for projecting the graphics for the show, and it all came together so well. Thanks, hope to host more shows here in the future!

Solar Studios is the best value for money studio in town! The size, versatility and amenities are unmatched for the very reasonable price.

Peter and his team are always there to help with what ever you may need.

I also really appreciate the parking and easy load in - always usually an issue or a battle on shoots. but no here.

The last thing I will say about solar is that it is visually beautiful! always kept clean and minimal. Such an important part of my creating process is to be in a comfortable space, Solar ticks all the boxes!

UPDATE: Fun follow-up if anyone is considering booking this place: the owner is admitting they received our signed contract 10 days ago, on the day it was due, with deposit. Still refusing to honor it because someone offered them more money two days ago. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

ORIGINAL REVIEW: AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Four or five people all share one email address for the company and none speak with each other. It's impossible to communicate with this studio. No answers, paperwork goes missing, if you rent G/E from them it will not be there when you arrive (good luck tracking it down!). Someone named Fast Manny Suarez tends to reply the most- never met him/her though. The two times we rented someone completely new was there to let us in and then disappeared. The third time we rented I was compelled to leave this review. Today, seven days before our event and two weeks after signing our contract and sending our deposit, we were told they're not honoring the contract because someone renting the space for 4 days (as opposed to our 1 day) wanted it. Can you imagine reserving the space a month in advance, inviting people, having 70-80 RSVP and then 1 week before the gig the venue just decides not to honor the contract? We're considering legal action. Be forewarned, dealing with Solar is an absolute disaster.

Great venue for photo shoots and events! Parking is included in the rate. Staff is helpful. Love the location, will be back again.
