After being here a month, I have had a wonderful experience with Solid Rock. The staff in the office and the maintenance techs are always attentive and friendly. They go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly like when the water heater broke and had to get replaced. I could tell they have good communication with the owner and I thank y’all for the service provided. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to live, coming from out of state and finding a place on short notice Solid Rock by far has been the easiest leasing office to work with.

One of the few property management companies that I've interacted with that at least appear to care about their residents. Honestly have made a lot of progress with the Remington. They also have a rigorous application process that is well needed.

I just had to share my great experience with Solid rock realty! They are great if you’re renting ( from my experience not sure about buying or renting out your home ) they help you along the way when you’re filing out paperwork, everything is very clear and nothing is hidden either it’s a smooth process, they have a great app to pay your rent and get help if anything breaks or you need to reach out to someone for help. They are efficient in what they do and if i didn’t move out of the city i would 100% continue to go through this company for my living needs. This company is honestly great all around and would 100% recommend them to anyone !

This company scams its tenants and grossly overcharged. They send out letters for one amount and take a larger one. Our water goes out and they take days and sometimes weeks to get it fixed. They also suddenly started charging extra trash pickup fees but can't be bothered to empty the trash by our mailboxes and the wind has started blowing it everywhere. This was a great community to live in until solid rock took over management and it is deteriorating rapidly. No one ever answers when you call about these issues and when they respond to negative reviews they do their best to put all the blame on the residents...clearly when all the residents are unhappy the problem must be on the residents right? Avoid this company if you can

I am updating this review as we have continued to have nothing but communication issues and terrible service. Beware signing with them. They will send a tech out to look at something just to say they have but that tech will not fix anything. They will blame you for any miscommunication. Before you sign with them make sure you won’t end up with a control freak property owner who will cuss you out, threaten you, show up to your rental unannounced, and will have work done on the home without informing you. Solid rock does nothing to mitigates this and will always side with the owner. They only care about filling their rentals, not with the people in them.

This is the worst property management company there is. They have the worst communication . They never let you know information about your property or what’s going on…they don’t even call you or message you back. I’ve been talking to Matt, at the company, he is on trips half the time. How are you going to manage property by being gone ? Then I talk to Al, who works in accounting, who told that he would call me back - never did. My tenant left my property destroyed - the carpet is destroyed - called Corey in their maintenance team - said the property was fine when he told me he was going to get my property ready to sell, which is not. If you are a property owner please DO NOT USE THEM. If they treat a owner like this I really feel sorry for the tenants of this company.

Great company! I found an amazing rental with Solid Rock Realty. The home is updated and beautiful, in a really nice neighborhood for an amazing price. They have definitely exceeded all expectations. Very communicative, professional and they just go above and beyond for their renters! Definitely going to be purchasing my new home with them!

Solid Rock is always quick to resolve and work orders I have in a very timely manner.
